  • Stepped in to support change-management communications for a global pharmaceutical company during a transition period - collaborated with global leaders to formulate strategic communications plans, craft key messages, develop and deploy global communications materials and relaunch a critical intranet site.

    • Provided transitional guidance and support to onboard a new team member to be responsible for continuing efforts and executing strategic plan.

  • Provided media outreach guidance and communications support for a local, not-for-profit, provider-sponsored health plan.

  • Developed a strategic marketing and communications plan for a linguistic anthropology start-up offering workshops on language, bias, and corporate culture and professional development training.

  • Created, launched and maintained the marketing and communications efforts for the brand new Chicago Innovation Exchange through its launch and initial growth period, including branding, external and internal signage, event promotion, multiple newsletters, fact sheets and promotional materials.
